The in-progress Rosemary District apartment complex CitySide recently opened model apartments to the public. Visitors can now view both one- and two-bedroom model apartments, as well as the recently completed fitness studio and clubhouse. CitySide has already begun leasing apartments and is slated to begin occupancy later this year. The development is a four-story urban apartment complex on 6.5 acres of land.
