The Naples company 1734 Northgate, LLC recently purchased a 13,256-square-foot industrial building located at 1734 Northgate Blvd., Sarasota, for just under $1.3 million. The seller was the Sarasota company 1734 Northgate Boulevard, LLC. Ken Hoskinson, Jr. of Hembree & Associates, Inc. represented the seller and Charles Palmeri of RE/MAX Alliance Group represented the buyer.
