Caldwell Trust Company, an independent trust company with offices in Venice and Sarasota, recently hired J. Chris McGee as vice president of investments. McGee will head Caldwell’s investment committee, which draws on a team of in-house professionals and outside analysts to make decisions for client portfolios. A chartered financial analyst and chartered alternative investment analyst, McGee was previously a senior investment adviser and senior vice president at PNC Wealth Management in Sarasota for nearly a decade.
