Cortez/34^th Street, LLLP, a Bradenton-based investment group, recently purchased the 61,763-square-foot shopping center located at 3501 Cortez Road, Bradenton, for almost $5.6 million. The center, which was previously a medical office plaza, will be upgraded to a retail center, and Goodwill will become the anchor tenant. Steve Horn and Ian Black of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction. The seller was Bay Area Medical Plaza, LLC.
