Tropical Shores Gourmet Popcorn recently leased 1,385 square feet of retail space at 27 N. Boulevard of the Presidents on St. Armands Circle, and the company expects to open a second location there in November. Susan DeVito, the owner of Tropical Shores, opened the first store at 2121 Siesta Drive, Sarasota, in November 2014.
