Innisfree Hotels—a Gulf Breeze, Florida, company that owns or manages 2,406 hotel rooms—took over ownership and operations of Sarasota's Hotel Indigo on Wednesday. Innisfree is currently in the process of developing the Hampton Inn and Suites in Sarasota, with an Embassy Suites by Hilton under construction. Once all hotels have opened, the management company will have more than 400 rooms in the city, 300 of which will be new.
