First Watch Restaurants, Inc., based in University Park, is planning to introduce new transaction data capturing and promotion tracking to all of its restaurants. Using a system called Sparkfly, the company will be able to offer customers digital promotions that are targeted to them based on their purchasing behavior. The move will allow franchisees to replace paper coupons with mobile offers and track their performance in real-time. First Watch now has more than 275 restaurants in 26 states.
