Closed sales of single-family homes in Florida increased 1.4 percent between the second quarter of 2015 and the second quarter of 2016, according to new housing data released by Florida Realtors. The statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes during the second quarter of 2016 was $220,000, up 10 percent from the same time a year ago.
