Golden Gate Point Ventures, LLC, on Wednesday announced plans for a new residential development located in Golden Gate Point, the 22-acre peninsula just west of downtown Sarasota: The Pearl will be located at 609 Golden Gate Point. The five-story development will include eight individual condominium residences at 2,750 square feet. Prices start at $1.65 million. Golden Gate Point Ventures, LLC, is led by David Gruber.
