Patricia Healy recently joined Cumberland Advisors as the firm's senior vice president of research and portfolio manager, and Kimberly Douglas joined Cumberland as a compliance officer. Healy was most recently senior director for Bayern LB, where she oversaw the Public Finance portfolio as well as the firm’s Tender Option Bond liquidity program. Douglas, meanwhile, has a 16-year background in financial industry operations, regulatory compliance, relationship management and human resources.
