CitySide, a new urban apartment community in the Rosemary District, is now leasing, with occupancy set to begin in late 2016. When complete, the development will consist of 228 residences ranging from 572 square feet to 1,403 square feet. The community will include a resort-style pool courtyard, outdoor grilling areas, a clubhouse and a fitness and exercise studio. It will also be a pet-friendly community and will feature a special courtyard dedicated to pets, which has been dubbed, “Central Bark.”
