Crossgate Partners, LLC, announced plans on Wednesday for a new condo development on Siesta Key: Océane. The gulf-front development will include six 4,500-square-foot condo residences, and will be located at 4740 Ocean Blvd., Sarasota. The architect for Océane is Mark Sultana of the local firm DSDG. April White will handle interior design for the project. Crossgate Partners is led by Randy Moore.
