Florida Neighborhoods Conference, Inc. is partnering with Sarasota County to host the 20th annual Florida Neighborhoods Conference Oct. 13-15 in Venice. The mission of the Florida Neighborhood Conference is to provide statewide leadership in the development of sustainable communities by advocating for excellence in education, development for its members and working to protect and enhance the natural and built environments. The annual conference started in 1997 to bring together residents, staff and others passionate about their communities to share successes and practices.
