Ian Black Real Estate recently completed the sale of the BMO Harris plaza, the 128,000-square-foot office tower located at 240 S. Pineapple Avenue, Sarasota. The buyer, Belle Amie Anthem Realty LLC, purchased the property for $23 million. Michele Fuller, a partner with Ian Black Real Estate, introduced the property to the buyer.
