Team Behind Risdon on 5th Celebrates Groundbreaking

The development team behind Risdon on 5th, the new mixed-use condominium development in Sarasota’s Rosemary District, recently celebrated a groundbreaking for the project. The team marked the occasion with a ceremonial champagne pop in front of a giant 12-foot-by-20-foot on-site project rendering. Approximately 150 people attended. Of the 28 available units, 14 out of 22 residential homes and all six commercial spaces have already sold. Units are priced from $349,000 to $899,000. The project is scheduled for completion by summer 2017.
