St. Armands Circle's Café L’Europe will change owners after 43 years. Ron Milton will take over the restaurant on Aug. 2 from Betsie Coolidge, the restaurant's longtime owner and proprietor. The menu will remain the same for the most part, according to a press release. In its 43-year-history, Café L’Europe has served more than 40,000 gallons of lobster bisque.
