Ian Black Real Estate last week announced that Matt Kezar recently joined the firm as a broker associate. Kezar has experience brokering commercial real estate acquisitions, entitlement, development, sales and leasing. A Tampa Bay native, Matt enjoyed a military education and career before actively pursuing real estate development. The West Point graduate earned a bachelor degree in engineering and management and was a commissioned officer in the United States Army.
