Sarasota's Whenever Communications LLC recently purchased the 1,610-square-foot retail building that was formerly Jeff’s Salad Company, located at 1414 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, from Lelon International, LLC, for $650,000. Jag Grewal and Amy MacDougall of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction.
