Bill Johnson, the founder and president of the solar contractor Brilliant Harvest, recently earned his certification as a solar photovoltaic installer from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners. The certification is the highest professional certification that can be earned in the solar energy industry; there are currently only 43 total Board certified photovoltaic installers in Florida.
