Anne and Bob Burke recently became the first residents to move into Del Webb Lakewood Ranch, a 55-and-older community in the 17,500 acres of Lakewood Ranch. The couple recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Local staffers welcomed them with fanfare and a welcome banner stretched across their garage, according Josh Graeve, vice president of sales for Del Webb’s Southwest Florida division.
