Kelly King Baldwin, an agent with the St. Armands Circle office of Michael Saunders & Company, was recently named by the National Association of Realtors to its “30 Under 30” Class of 2016. Baldwin was among 400 young real estate professionals that a panel of judges narrowed down to 50 finalists and then to 30 winners. She was one of only two Florida agents to merit inclusion on the list.
