The Sarasota-based brands Cool Today, Energy Today and Plumbing Today recently hired John Ferraro as the company's manager of technical training and safety. Ferraro will focus on training teams in the HVAC, electrical and plumbing divisions and develop technical training systems to create a fast, proactive learning environment.
