Ringling & Orange 2, LLC recently purchased the 55,221-square-foot building at 1549 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, and its parking lots for $15.9 million from Mirsko Ringling Holdings LLC. The building is currently occupied by PNC Bank, the International Union of Police Associations and the Senior Information Center. The fifth floor is currently available for the right tenant. Hembree & Associates, Inc. acted as transactional broker for the sale.

Spicey Estate LLC recently purchased the 1,665-square-foot retail building at 464 John Ringling Blvd., St. Armands Circle, Sarasota, from Tamara Gear and James Cardinal for $1.2 million. Pamela Elia and William Rex of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the buyers;  Joseph Boguszewski of Coldwell Banker Residential represented the sellers.

Michael Swor recently purchased the freestanding office building located at 2455 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, from William and Patsy Buckles for $316,000. The 2,895-square-foot structure is zoned for office, professional and institutional uses and features concrete block construction, trees and access to U.S. 41 and I-75. Eric Massey and Pam Sweeney with Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller and Jacody Swor with Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.

The law firm of Norton, Hammersley, Lopez & Skokos, P.A. renewed its lease for 10,284 square feet at 1819 Main St., Sarasota.

Intertape Polymer Group has expanded its executive headquarters by leasing an additional 3,452 square feet at Osprey Commerce Center, 100 Paramount Drive, Sarasota.

NCS Pearson, Inc. renewed its lease for 2,200 square feet at Live Oak Office Center, 2201 Cantu Court, Sarasota.

Barbara Clements & Associates, Inc. entered into a new lease for 1,036 square feet at Live Oak Office Center, 2201 Cantu Court, Sarasota.
