Two Trails, Inc.

Drew Smith, president of the Sarasota green building consulting firm Two Trails, Inc., is proud that two of his clients—Josh Wynne Construction and Habitat for Humanity South Sarasota County—won major green building awards at the 2012 International Builders Show in Orlando. Smith says Sarasota County government’s establishment of a sustainable building program in the mid 2000s and Lakewood Ranch’s mandate that all new construction be green-certified have made this “a highly green-saturated market, which is fantastic.”
