Wildewood Professional Park, a mixed-use office park located nearly 13 acres on Cortez Road in Bradenton, has sold for $11,095,000. The office park has 109,509 square feet of space that is 97 percent occupied. The sale consisted of 12 freestanding buildings on 11 separately deeded parcels; it was originally listed for $12.5 million and sold on Dec. 21, 2021. The buyer was Fullerton Bradenton LLC; Angelia D. Young of A. Young Realty Group, Inc. was the listing agent for the property and Tony Veldkamp of SVN was the buyer’s agent.
