SVN Commercial Advisory Group managed the sale of a retail property occupied by a Walgreens pharmacy at 930 8th Avenue West in Palmetto. The $4.2 million, off-market deal closed in early March. The property consists of 1.4 acres and the retail building contains more than 15,000 square feet. The seller was GST Palmetto, LLC, and the buyer was Shrimad, LLC. The Walgreens pharmacy will continue to operate at the location.
