M/I Homes has announced its newest community, Sienna Park at University. The community will offer maintenance-included townhomes in a gated community with amenities including a private cabana and pool, a pond and conservation views. Townhomes will be designed by  designers at Lakewood Ranch Design Center and incude four floorplans, ranging in size from 1,571 square feet to 2,153 square feet. The homes offered include two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and one to two-car garages. Covered lanais and loft room spaces also are offered per plan; homes start at $299,990.
