This year's Parade of Homes is in full swing. Homebuyers, remodelers and house gawkers have until Sunday, March 14, to browse the latest home trends in the middle of a red hot real estate market.
Some of this year’s homes boast green designs and technologies that are energy-efficient and sustainable, and models range from the ultra-modern to the Mediterranean. Choose from 97 homes to tour that span Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Parrish, Palmetto, Ellenton, Englewood, Nokomis, Osprey and North Port. Besides model homes, this year's parade features remodeled and custom home entries.
Presented by the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association at zero cost, home tours can be done in person or online. The homebuilder winners will be announced Thursday, March 4, at the Parade of Homes Gala at the Hyatt Regency in Sarasota.
A list of participating homes and homebuilders, videos, maps and more can be found here.
