Site Demolition Begins for New Downtown Condos
The Collection will offer 12 residences, including five full-floor penthouses.

The Collection, a 10-story contemporary building from MK Equity Corporation and DSDG Architects, located at 1335 Second Street in downtown Sarasota, is set to begin site demolition this week, with a groundbreaking event to follow in January. The Collection will offer 12 residences, including five full-floor penthouses. Prices start in the mid-$1 millions.

Other notable will include an amenity level with a lap pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, state-of-the-art fitness room with specified yoga area, sauna, boardroom and outdoor deck overlooking the city. To date, five residences are reserved.
