Sarasota County has purchased an industrial warehouse located at 1805 Apex Road in Sarasota for $1.9 million. The county plans to use the 16,000-square-foot property as a logistics warehouse for its Department of Emergency Services. The warehouse will consolidate emergency services equipment and supplies located in multiple leased locations throughout Sarasota County. Nick DeVito II and Joanna Ginder of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller, Alnic Properties, LLC.
