World’s Attic Thrift Shop has sold its well-known building on the corner of Webber Street and Beneva Road in Sarasota. Guerrero Food Market, which has a Mexican restaurant and bakery across the street, bought the building for $900,000 and will expand its business into the new space. Joe Hembree of Hembree & Associates Inc. represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
