PulteGroup, Inc. is honoring Southwest Florida's educators, military personnel and first responders through its new “Hometown Heroes” program, which offers a $2,000 incentive when they purchase a new home in a Pulte Homes, Del Webb, DiVosta or Centex community in Southwest Florida, from Sarasota to the Fort Myers and Naples area. The savings program, which is effective on new purchases as of Oct. 1, 2020, is applied as a credit toward personalizing the home with selections from the builder’s design center.
