Mike Migone, CCIM, senior adviser at SVN Commercial Advisory Group, recently coordinated the sale of 8.16 acres  at 14503 E. S.R.  64 in Bradenton. The land sold for $1.8 million. Coastal Development of Bradenton, LLC was the seller; Seered 64, LLC was the buyer. Migone represented both parties.

Seered 64, LLC plans to develop the three-acre corner portion of the lot into a 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store. The remaining 5 acres  is available for lease or sale. Migone will remain the primary broker for the lease or sale of the remaining property.
