Home Builder Digest recently recognized Sarasota’s Perrone Construction as one of the best Georgian Colonial architectural-style home builders in the United States. Founded in 1980, Perrone Construction is affiliated with several industry organizations, including the NAHB, Manatee Sarasota BIA, and the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA). Founder Richard Perrone began his career building oceanfront homes in Vero Beach before moving to Sarasota and founding Perrone Construction.
