Neal Land & Neighborhoods, formerly known as Neal Land Ventures, has launched its newest community, North River Ranch. The development is located north of the Manatee River in Parrish; partner builders include David Weekley Homes, Neal Communities, KB Home, Homes by WestBay, Centex and Park Square Homes. Construction is underway on the first of six phases, with more than 900 homes planned across two neighborhoods called Brightwood and Riverfield. Home prices will range from $200,000 to $400,000; sizes will start at approximately 1,400 square feet, going up to more than 3,200 square feet. The community will open during spring 2020. North River Ranch is located off Moccasin Wallow Road and U.S. 301 between Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota.
