Florida Home Sales Up in Quarter Two
The number of single-family home sales increased by 1 percent over sales from the second quarter of 2017.

Sales of single-family homes in Florida rose in the second quarter of this year, according to new data released by Florida Realtors. The number of sales increased by 1 percent over sales from the second quarter of 2017, while the median sales price of a single-family home increased by 6.7 percent. Sales of townhouses and condos also increased, rising by 4.7 percent between the second quarter of 2017 and the second quarter of this year. The increases follow declines in sales that were recorded in the first quarter of this year.
