Sales of single-family homes in Sarasota County dropped between May and June, but June sales were higher than in June 2017, according to new statistics released by the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. The number of single-family Sarasota home sales totaled 798 in June, up 1.7 percent from the June 2017 number. Sales of townhouses and condos also increased.
