Illinois' Bradenton Riversong Multifamily DST recently purchased Bradenton's RiverSong Apartment Homes from New York's BW Riversong, LLC, for $33 million. The 179-unit apartment complex is located at 606 Third Ave. W., Bradenton, adjacent to the Bradenton Riverwalk, and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
