The developers behind Blvd Sarasota, a new 49-unit luxury condo development planned for 500 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, are holding a groundbreaking ceremony for the project from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26. Plans for the building include an indoor and outdoor social area, a pet lawn and pet grooming station, an indoor driving range, a fitness facility, a pool, cabanas and more.
