Carlo Piras' Sassari Properties LLC recently purchased suite 104 at Bay Street Town Center, 3976 Destination Drive, Osprey, from Deborah and Thomas Helm of Shear Paradise Salon, Inc., for $195,000. Piras plans to open a high-end billiards store in the 1,058-square-foot first-floor unit. Ben Graham and Eric Massey of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller.
