Sarasota's Len Smally recently purchased a 33,416-square-foot plot of vacant land located at 551 N. Indiana Ave., Englewood, from Englewood's Charles and Diana Eager for $165,000. The land is located at an intersection and is zoned for office, medical and institutional buildings. Smally plans to develop the property sometime in the future. Dennis Dahm, Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
