Michael Saunders & Company recently hired Kathy Marshall for its Anna Maria Island office. A resident of northwest Bradenton for over a decade, Marshall got her start in the property appraisal field before joining Atlantic Oceanside Properties, where she was a rental consultant and owner and operator for 24 years. She has a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Florida and a bachelor of fine arts from Salisbury University.
