Bradenton's Medallion Home is holding a grand opening event for Waverley, a new Sarasota gated neighborhood with 110 homes, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26. Waverly is located at 6800 Proctor Road, Sarasota. Attendees can tour model homes and see interior designs. Medallion will showcase three models at the event: the four-bedroom Barbados 2800, the three-bedroom Santa Maria and the four-bedroom Belize.
