Kolter Urban is holding a groundbreaking ceremony for The Mark in downtown Sarasota at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9. The building, to be located at the corner of Pineapple Avenue and State Street, will include a 12-story condo tower with 157 residences and 35,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. Expected completion of the project is late 2019.
