The parent company of Fortunoff Backyard Store recently leased 14,670 square feet of retail space in the building located at 7522 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, from Bacon Properties LLC. The building is located between Stickney Point Road and Vamo Road and enjoys an average daily traffic count of 44,000 vehicles. Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company represented the landlord in the agreement.
