Realtors Keith Kropp and Wayne Rogers recently joined the Sarasota firm Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate – Atchley Properties. Kropp began his real estate career in 1984 working for new home builders in both sales and sales management and later led a sales team for Walt Disney Company's Celebration community. Rogers, meanwhile, began his real estate career in 2003 after a 27-year career in medical sales. Both are active members of the Gay Real Estate Executive Network of Sarasota, the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals and the Florida Council of Equality Florida.
