Sarasota's Margareta Bering and Wilhelm Bering recently purchased two office condo units at 7224 and 7230 Kyle Court in Lakewood Ranch Technology Park from Sarasota's Sunking Holdings, LLC, for $540,000. Joshua Tackett of Hembree & Associates represented the seller, while Rico Boeras of Sarasota Commercial Realty, LLC represented the buyers.
