Ace Granite recently leased 22,000 square feet of industrial space at 3935 N. Washington Blvd., Sarasota, expanding the company's range from its current stores in Longwood, Orlando, Jacksonville and Tampa. Ace stocks a range of high-quality granite and marble, as well as quartzite, travertine and onyx from suppliers all over the world. The building is situated on almost 1.7 acres, with parking, two loading docks and an open floor plan. Ace was founded by the husband-and-wife team of Miro and Vany Andrade in 2001. Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
