Sarasota's Aqua Dome Car Wash, LLC, recently purchased 37,135 square feet of vacant commercial land at 4615 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, from Delaware's Digital VS Film, LLC, for $926,400. Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller in the transaction; Nick McMullen with McMullen Properties represented the buyer.
