Nick and Pam Ierulli of N&C Claims Service, Inc. recently leased 2,400 square feet of newly remodeled office space at 1999 Lincoln Drive, Sarasota. The mid-century building includes multiple offices, which allows for various configurations and layouts. N&C Claims Service provides immediate, on-location service wherever catastrophic events occur. N&C will be relocating to the 1999 Lincoln Drive office and will use the space as its main place of business. Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
